What leasing options are available?
We offer 10,11, 12, 13,14 and 15 months lease terms.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
Anyone age 18 and older may apply for an apartment. Co-applicants may be added to a lease term by filling out an application.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Security deposits are required once application has been approved. Security deposits range from $250 up to 1.5 rent deposit. Deposits are refundable after lease has expired and proper notice was given.
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
The apartment may not be sub-leased without management approval. The apartment may not be listed on short-term rental platforms such as AirBNB or VRBO.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are separate from the rental charge.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, renters insurance is required.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
You can request any apartment available to lease and unit can be held up to 2 weeks by paying the application fee and administration fee.
What are the hours for the business center?
The Business Center is open Monday - Sunday 5am - 10pm.
What are the hours of the clubhouse?
The clubhouse is opened from 5 am till 10pm Monday thru Sunday.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
The fitness center is open 24/7.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
The pool hours are Monday - Sunday 9am to 9pm. Closed on Wednesdays. The pool is open year round.
Is the apartment set up for working remotely?
Yes, all of the apartments have an AT&T modem to set up internet service.
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
Yes, the apartments are internet/cable ready. The monthly internet charge is $75. At move in, resident calls AT&T to set up service.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Packages are delivered to our package lockers conveniently located at the property available for pick up 24/7.
Are BBQ grills available?
Yes, we offer a total of 6 grilling stations located throughout the community.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
Yes, we offer valet trash pick up service Sunday night through Thursday night.
What is the parking situation?
All residents and guests vehicles must be registered to park inside the community. Reserve parking as well as garages are available for a monthly fee.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking, in any form, anywhere inside any of the dwelling units, or inside any buildings within the apartment community, is strictly prohibited.
Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?
Pet are allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our community offers a pet spa and a dog trail.
How walkable/bikable is the community?
Our community is near park trails and bike trails and walking distance to restaurants and stores.
Are you near any transportation routes? Which ones?
No, we are not near any transportation routes.
What schools are in the area?

Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, our apartment homes come with central air conditioning.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
The property was built in 2023. There currently has not been any renovations.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
All of our homes come with wood plank floor throughout.
What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?
All of our kitchens come equipped with stainless steel refrigerators which include water and ice dispensers as well as glass top stoves.
Do kitchen sinks have a garbage disposal?
Yes, all of our homes have a garbage disposal.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
All of our homes come with garden tubs and we offer stand up showers in select units.
Do apartments have dishwashers?
Yes, all of our homes come with a dishwasher.
Does the apartment come with a microwave?
Yes, all of our homes come with an over the range microwave.
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartment?
Yes, we offer full size washer and dryers in every home.
